Our arch support inserts can improve your body's comfort by evenly distributing pressure across your foot and offering extra stability and balance when standing and walking.
What is the difference between men’s and women’s sizing for your products?
Men's shoes are mainly designed to be a wider fit than women’s. However, customers are free to choose shoes from any gender as everyone’s feet size and width varies according to what suits them best. We suggest trying them on at our retail store, if you can, to ensure the best fit.
Shipping INQUIRIES
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Order fulfilment may take up to one week, with potential delays during festive periods. Standard shipping times are within 1-3 business days for West Malaysia, 1-1.5 weeks for East Malaysia, and 2 weeks to 1 month for international orders, depending on flight schedules.
I received a wrong order, what do I do?
We are sorry to hear that! Kindly email us regarding this matter at hello@machino.com.my and our team will assist you on this.
I made a mistake in placing my order, what do I do?
Note that we strictly do not accommodate a change of mind request. For delivery address or receiver phone number corrections, contact us with your order number within 2 hours after your order has been made for possible adjustments with our warehouse team. Requests after our team has fulfilled orders cannot be processed.
What payment methods are you currently accepting?
We accept all major bank cards, online banking and e-wallets.
Where do you ship to?
Machino Wellness ships to Malaysia, Singapore & United Kingdom. Do key in your shipping address and the shipping fee will be automatically calculated based on your location and volumetric weight of the product.
SIZING INQUIRIES
How can I determine my size?
Our shoes are sized according to European sizing standards. To determine your size, please refer to the size conversion chart available on each product page or our Shoe Size Guide page.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES INQUIRIES
My shoes don't fit, can I exchange them?
Product(s) in new & original condition can be exchanged for a different size within fourteen (14) working days upon receiving the shoes with a valid order number. Kindly fill up our Return & Exchange form via our website with your preferred size to initiate an exchange (subject to stock availability). Do note that exchanges for a different design are not allowed due to inventory restrictions.
I received a defective pair, can I exchange for a new pair?
Apologies for that, we will look into this matter! In the meantime, kindly email us at hello@machino.com.my, and our team will assist you on this matter.
SHOE CARE INQUIRIES
How do I care for my shoe?
To care for your sneakers, wipe them clean with a soft, damp cloth and use a mild soap solution for tougher stains. Let it air dry away from direct heat or sunlight to prevent damage. Do store your sneakers in a cool, dry place, stuffing them with tissue paper to keep their shape.
